How to Get Started With "Rev"
Eat as you normally would, don’t count calories, but don’t over-indulge either. Also start trying to gear yourself toward eliminating breads, rice, pasta, sweets, chips, etc and NO SODA – not even diet soda is recommended. In other words, eat until you feel full on only good foods (no fast food of course) and take the drops 3x a day for these 3 days. This boosts your nutrition up on the levels of B vitamins and the other great things that are in "Rev", helps to wean you off of the ‘bad’ foods, and will give you the ability to really cut back on the calories without feeling deprived.
After 1-3 days of eating normally, then you can begin to
count and restrict your calories to the recommended 800 - 1200 per day.
Just be sure to count every single thing that you consume, every drink,
every tablespoon, every bite. It all adds up and has to be burned off
before weight loss can begin.
Red Wine is the only Alcohol that is recommended, but other alcohols can be consumed, in great moderation of course. Wines, lite beers, or clear liquors either on the rocks or mixed with water or soda are the best to have, and if you do have a couple of drinks, make sure you count the calories and perhaps swap out for your snacks. Just make sure that at least 800 of your daily calories includes 9 oz of protein and lots of vegetables and some fruits. Don’t ever skimp on your protein, protein is what keeps you energized and feeling full. In fact, if you have a day where you eat mostly protein, that’s ok. Just don’t forget to include those vegetables and fruits on most of the days of the week.
